Women shouldn't be trained as smaller, weaker versions of men. Instead, we deserve specialised attention that addresses our distinct needs and considerations. I recognise the importance of tailoring training to support women's bodies through menstrual cycle fluctuations, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, menopause, and beyond.
