  • Where do sessions take place?
    Sessions take place at my completely private studio, providing a judgement-free and caring environment where clients can let their guard down and build confidence. Plus, no more waiting for equipment! My studio is equipped with a wide range of high-quality equipment, including a power rack with up and down cable pulleys, Olympic bars and bumper plates, trap bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, a pegboard, pull-up bar, wall balls, and slam balls. I’ve got everything you need!
  • Are you flexible with scheduling?
    Absolutely! I understand that commitments can vary from week to week, so I'm happy to accommodate your schedule. Simply provide me with your availability, and I'll do my best to find a time that works for you.
  • Will I be weighed or asked for 'before photos'?
    Absolutely not. We don't focus on weight or before-and-after photos. Instead, our focus is on fostering a positive relationship with your body, building confidence, and enhancing self-worth that isn't tied to physical appearance. My approach is centred around cultivating self-acceptance, embracing your unique strengths and qualities, and celebrating the incredible things your body can do. Your worth is not determined by the number on a scale or by your appearance in photos—it's about honouring and appreciating yourself exactly as you are.
  • Is personal training suitable for all fitness levels?
    Absolutely! Sessions are tailored to your personal fitness level, ensuring that exercises are challenging yet achievable. I believe in pushing clients to their potential while always prioritising safety, proper form, and client autonomy. You are the agent of your own body, and you’ll never be expected to do something you're not 100% happy or comfortable with.
  • Will training be difficult?
    Yes, workouts will be challenging, but they'll also be enjoyable and something to look forward to. My goal is to make sessions fulfilling and rewarding, rather than something to dread.
  • How long will it take?
    Every individual's fitness journey is unique, and there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Recognising that our collaboration extends far beyond the physical aspects of fitness is essential. True transformation often originates from shifts in mindset and behaviour, rather than solely focusing on physical exercise. As your coach, I am dedicated to supporting and guiding you not only in your fitness journey but also in cultivating a positive mindset, embracing healthier habits, and breaking through mental barriers that may impede your progress. Together, we will take an approach to empower you to make lasting lifestyle changes that will positively impact every aspect of your life. It's important to acknowledge that the timeframe for this transformation varies from person to person, and I am committed to supporting you every step of the way, no matter how long it takes.
