I proudly advocate for size inclusivity and embrace a Health at Every Size approach. Sadly, traditional fitness spaces and gyms have often excluded individuals with larger bodies, perpetuating harmful stereotypes and fostering feelings of shame and inadequacy. I’m committed to breaking down those barriers and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and supported on their fitness journey. I understand the unique challenges and experiences faced by individuals with larger bodies, and I’m dedicated to providing coaching and support that celebrates and empowers anybody and EVERYbody.



My studio is a welcoming and affirming space for members of the LBTQ+ community to prioritise their health and well-being. Personalised coaching and support to help you reach your fitness goals while feeling seen, respected, and celebrated for who you are.

As a black personal trainer, I understand the importance of creating fitness spaces that are inclusive and welcoming to individuals of all ethnicities and races. Too often, people of colour feel marginalised or overlooked in traditional fitness settings, but here, you'll find a supportive and empowering environment where you can thrive.



Recognising the significance of honouring religious practices in each individual's fitness journey, I treat these needs with sensitivity and respect. Whether it involves customising training sessions to align with fasting periods, allowing for decreased energy levels, or simply offering a completely private studio where women can focus on their fitness goals without any concerns about modesty or privacy, I am dedicated to ensuring your religion is respected and valued.


Trauma Informed

A trauma-informed approach in movement acknowledges the past experiences on one’s well-being. Even if you don’t identify with trauma, this approach fosters a safe and supportive environment. Emphasising open communication, integrating trauma-sensitive language, and offering modifications to ensure physical and emotional safety during sessions creates a positive and empowering experience for all.
